Here are some answers to common problems encountered with the Sudoku Feed.
Where do I place the Sudoku Feed?
We have created the Sudoku Feed to work with the existing content of a website. So, you can place the Sudoku Feed wherever you wish. All you need is the page to be in PHP (e.g. index.php, sudoku.php).
Does the Sudoku Feed require any expert knowledge to install?
No. However, it does require some basic HTML skills (not PHP) to edit and customise parts of the script. There are 10 steps involved with the installation of the Sudoku Feed, most of the steps take less than a minute to accomplish. |

When I upload the Sudoku Feed, the grid looks all wrong, the styles aren't working.
Have you checked the location of your style sheet for the Sudoku puzzle and Print pages? If they are correct, then ensure that the style sheet <link> line is placed after your existing styles.
I have uploaded all the files correctly, but none of the images are showing.
You need to make sure that you have identified the correct folder for the images and the style sheet. Once this is done, check the top of the style sheet file for the correct locations of images referenced there.
I have paid the subscription, do I really need the banner?
Yes, you do need to have the banner if you have the Standard Feed. Note that if you do not display this small link, then we will close your account. If you would like a banner-free Sudoku game, then sign up for the Pro Feed that has no banner present. If either options are not enough: get an exclusive Sudoku feed with choice of symmetries, no banners and even a customised front-end. Contact us now for details. |

How do I add my own "help" text?
Open up the page or include that makes up the Sudoku feed script. Look near the top, where you see:
define('HELP', '');. Add your text, images and anything else you like, between the second set of apostrophes ('x-insert-here-x'). Two things to remember: firstly, make sure you add formatted HTML code; secondly, always escape any apostrophes in the help definition with a backslash (e.g. the word: don't should be written: don\'t). |

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your PayPal or Moneybookers subscription at any time. Simply log in to your PayPal/Moneybookers account, where you can click on the last subscription payment and select to cancel the subscription. |
